I was very impressed with the recent repair of my vehicle by Stylers body works.
The work was done promptly to a very high standard.
In particular I was most happy with the customer service I received. To be dealt with by open, friendly staff, in a clean and extremely well-appointed reception area, was certainly in contrast with some other car repair places I have been to in previous years.
When the vehicle was ready a member of staff picked me up from the train station. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Well done, and thankyou.

We were very impressed with your service. Our car was unfortunately involved in an accident and our insurance company selected Stylers as the repairer. We had no former knowledge of how good or bad Stylers would be so went on past experiences and expected the worst.
We were so wrong. We were dropped off and picked up at our door. Stylers fixed our car well within the time quoted to us. The workmanship is excellent. We haven't had to take the car back because of unsatisfactory work. The car was washed, and a deodoriser left inside.

Firstly, I would like to thank you for all your help with my claim and secondly, I cannot speak highly enough of the work conducted by Stylers. They did a brilliant job, were extremely courteous to deal with and obviously are people who take a great deal of pride in their work.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services - in fact, my husband and I belong to the Aspley Lions Club and we’ll certainly be spreading the word about their excellent workmanship. As a peasant surprise, I found the car had been detailed inside and the young man who did this detailing even placed some coins, which he must have found under the seat, in the console - how’s that for honesty. Obviously, the employees are as good as the employers.

I received a copy of your "Car Owners News" yesterday and I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with it. When I met you at the WNA function at the Story Bridge Hotel, you mentioned that you were concentrating on marketing this year, and if the impression that I get from your business is the same one everyone else is receiving, then it must be paying off. The smash repair places which I have dealt with in the past have been very male dominated, very dirty and seemingly very uncaring about everything except how much money they can make. You, Frank and the rest of the team at Stylers are absolutely nothing like that, and I’m sure it would do the rest of the industry good if they took some lessons from you. (If I seem a bit harsh on the industry in general, perhaps I’ve just has a couple of bad experiences with smash repair places).
